Congress President Sonia Gandhi, who had gone to the United States for a routine medical check-up, returned home on Wednesday morning.
Accompanied by daughter Priyanka, Gandhi had left for the U.S. for a medical check-up on September 2.
Gandhi, 66, who had undergone a surgery in the U.S. on August 5, 2011, had flown there for a check-up in February and again on September 2 last year.
On August 26, when the Lok Sabha was debating the Food Security Bill, Gandhi was taken ill and admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).
She was discharged the same night after a few tests were conducted on her.
Gandhi, who had cough and headache, had felt uneasy in Parliament after taking medicines.
