The 2002 romantic drama 'Devdas', starring Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Madhuri Dixit completes fourteen years today and SRK took a stroll down memory lane to remember it.
Shah Rukh, 50, took to Twitter to express his gratitude to the entire team of the film and said, "Devdas will always b special.Thank u Bhansali. the beautiful ladies & every1.Late nites..long shoots &so much love.."
To mark the event, hashtag #14YearsOfDevdas is trending on the social media with twitteratis going all gaga over it.
Celebrating the milestone, one fan tweeted, "All-time favourite film completes 14 years. To grandeur, magic and film education."
Another wrote, "Movie with a extraordinary performance by @iamsrk @MadhuriDixit n aishwarya...#14YearsOfDevdas."
The Sanjay Leela Bhansali's directorial, which also featured Jackie Shroff and Kirron Kher in the key roles, was a hit at the box office.
The film, which was a major commercial success in India and abroad, becoming the highest grossing Indian film of the year, won nine Filmfare Awards and five National Awards.
