Star Trek's Klingon warrior Michael Ansara dies at 91

Michael Ansara who played the role of iconic villain Klingon Commander Kang in Star Trek, has died after suffering from a long term illness. He was 91.

Michael B. Druxman who was the actor's best friend since 1968, confirming the news of his demise to Entertainment Weekly, said that Ansara was a great guy and a wonderful actor, E! Online reported.

The 'Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea' actor who received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, died after a long illness at his home.
