Stephen Baldwin, who admitted in March that he failed to pay three years' state income taxes, has now paid 100,000 dollars in back taxes to the State Tax Department.
The 47-year-old actor still owes them 243,068 dollars.
Baldwin handed over a certified check in that amount to Rockland County Court to reduce the amount that he owes to New York, Contactmusic reported.
It was the second instalment for taxes he didn't pay in a three year period totalling 400,000 dollars, from 2008, 2009 and 2010.
