In the 22nd edition of Music Of Black Origin (MOBO) awards, London grime and hip hop artist star went home victorious with three huge wins that included Best Male Act, Best Album for Gang Signs And Prayer, and Best Grime Act.
Since Stormzy had claimed the title for 'The Best Grime Act' in 2014 and 2015 as well, with this year's win he has struck a hat trick.
English actor and musician Idris Elba was also honoured with the 'Paving The Way' award.
He said, "I have always felt a need to shine a light and pay a lasting tribute to the place that helped shape me in Hackney. Thank you MOBO for finally giving me that opportunity with Paving The Way," reported Metro.co.uk.
