A Los Angeles based street artist recently put up several sign boards reading "NO Kardashian Parking Anytime," after getting annoyed with the traffic being held up whenever a Kardashian sister was spotted by paparazzi.
Plastic Jesus, famous for his cocaine-snorting Oscar statue, asserted that he created many sign boards, which are put up around Melrose Avenue, Robertson and few other places, to ban the Kardashian family from parking in many LA hotspots, the BBC reported.
Jesus explained that the boards were not an attack on the Kardashians, but intended for "us, both the media and the consumer," since people had become too obsessed with the reality TV stars.
He said that there was a "gridlock" caused when any of the Kardashians even did basic things like "shopping, eating out or pumping gas," and had become media cultural phenomena at the expense of "real news."
However, the artist said that the boards were put on a temporary basis and will be removed in the near future.
