Liverpool striker Luis Suarez continued his goalscoring form by scoring a double in his side's Premier League clash with Fulham, which the Anfield giants won 4-0 on Saturday.

Suarez, who flew to Istanbul for Uruguay's World Cup play-off game against Jordan immediately after the win at Anfield, has now scored eight times in six Premier League games since serving his ban for biting Chelsea's Branislav Ivanovic.

According to Sport24, with the victory, Liverpool is now two points behind leaders Arsenal, who travel to face Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday, on the league standings.

The report mentioned that Liverpool dominated in the game after defender Fernando Amorebieta was credited with his own goal after 23 minutes into the game, and his co-defender Martin Skrtel pushed the visitors further back with his header three minutes later.

Suarez fired the first of his two goals before half-time, and the second in the 54th minute, leading his side to a sure-fire victory in the game.
