Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has claimed that he is unaware of any interest from Real Madrid ahead of the January transfer window.
According to Metro.co.uk, the Liverpool striker, who agitated for a move away from Anfield all summer, was denied a 40 million-pound switch to Premier League rivals Arsenal, but fresh speculation in Spain suggests Madrid could make a move for the forward when the transfer window re-opens in 2014.
However, Suarez insists he's looking forward to a 'good season' with the Reds and claims he's in the dark over any Madrid bid, the report said.
Suarez said that he absolutely knew nothing at all of the Real interest and in Liverpool, the team was really excited, looking forward to a good season, adding that the Premier League is the best league there is because of the stadiums, the atmosphere and the fans.
