Differences between BJP MP from Amritsar, Navjot Singh Sidhu and Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal once again came to fore after both of them avoided eye contact and exchange of pleasantries during the

inauguration of fly over here on Sunday morning.

Sidhu and his MLA wife Dr Navjot Kaur Sidhu joined about two dozens supporters near the inauguration venue minutes before arrival of Sukhbir Badal, who was accompanied by state BJP Vice President Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina, General Secretary Tarun Chugh, SAD(B) MLA Inderbir Singh Bularia and cabinet minister Anil Joshi.

The flashpoint came when Sukhbir and other leaders passed by the Sidhu couple without noticing their presence and reached to perform the unveiling ceremony of the Kitchelew Chowk flyover, however they were later joined by Sidhu couple who stood behind them.

At that time of point Sukhbir exchanged few words with Sidhu.

Both Sidhu and Badal's are at loggerhead after the former had levelled serious charges against Badal's for deliberately scuttling his pet project, including Kitchlu Chowk flyover.

The recent development showed that SAD (B) has not liked Sidhu targeting CM Parkash Singh Badal and Deputy CM Sukhbir Singh Badal, for 'scuttling his development projects'.

After both of them left Sidhu's supporters raised 'Sidhu teri balle balle baki sare thale thale' slogans .

Later talking to media persons Badal said SAD(B) would extend support to any candidate fielded by BJP from Amritsar parliamentary constituency. Without giving any importance to Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) influence among common man Sukhbir questioned "AAP keri party hai"(Which is AAP ).

He said whatever they were doing SAD(B) had been doing for past more than 20 years adding that AAP was just towing the lines of SAD(B).

Claiming success of NRI Samellan he said "NRI's were very happy we had fulfilled all the commitments made with them".
