Sven-Goran Eriksson has criticized his ex-lover Nancy Dell'Olio over her relationship with Duchess of Cornwall's brother.
The 66-year-old said that he used to tell Dell'Olio every day that if he was a plumber, she wouldn't have been as interested in him, Daily Star reported.
In an interview with a Swedish newspaper, Eriksson said that when he had wanted to dump her, Dell'Olio refused to leave as she didn't want to lose her crown as "Soccer's First Lady" in the UK.
The Italian- American lawyer is now reportedly is in a relationship with Mark Shand, 62, Prince Charles's brother-in-law.
