Spanish resort island of Mallorca has proposed a new law which will ban the wearing of swimwear outside of bathing areas in its capital, Palma.
Officials revealed that the new law, which is close to being enacted, will crackdown on under dressed tourists and fines could soon be issued for inappropriate attire, CNN reported.
The proposed crackdown is part of a wider set of measures aimed at tackling "anti-social behavior" on the island, however, no specific penalties have been detailed in Palma City Council's "Ordenanza Civica", which is also known as the "good citizen plan".
