Swiss football club Luzern has reportedly hired strippers to entertain the spectators before the start of matches in order to raise crowd numbers this season.
The club's owner Bernard Alpstaeg, who wants supporters on top form before matches get underway, had raised the idea and has already chosen the strippers, although he is awaiting for the final clearance from the Swiss Football Association for the act to become a regular thing.
According to Metro.co.uk, although he expressed confidence over the team's success this season, Alpstaeg wants the team to be even more attractive to prospective fans, adding that he can guarantee that people will flock in droves to the stadium to see scantily clad strippers and sexy dancers before the kick-off.
However, the report mentioned that the act would alienate children, who form the younger audience, as their mothers will almost certainly stop their children from going to cheer on the local side.
