Taylor says coach Moores 'bubbly' despite sacking reports

England stand-in captain James Taylor has said that coach Peter Moores is very 'bubbly' and cheerful inside the dressing room despite reports claiming that he is about to be sacked.

According to the reports, Moores would be sacked next week when Andrew Strauss assumes the role of England cricket's director.

The reports broke one hour after the England's rain hit match against Ireland at Malahide in Dublin.

James Taylor said that the former Lancashire coach behaved in his usual manner despite the circulating sacking reports,he BBC reported.

The Nottinghamshire batsman added that Moores had been very 'positive and bubbly' with the players, insisting that he had been helping the young talents.

 

Moores was appointed England coach in April 2014 for the second time after 2007 when Duncan Fletcher was removed after the disastrous Ashes tour followed by World Cup debacle.

England endured a miserable 2015 World Cup campaign and secured a shock 1-1 Test series draw against West Indies recently.
