Taylor Swift's recently released video for her new pop single 'Shake it Off' has been denounced as "offensive and ultimately harmful" by the rapper Earl Sweatshirt.

The 20-year-old rapper took to Twitter to state that the video was "perpetuating black stereotypes to the same demographic of white girls who hide their prejudice by proclaiming their love of the culture", Us magazine reported.

However, the 'Swag Me Out' singer admitted that he hasn't seen the video of 'Shake It Off', which is the first cut off of Swift's upcoming studio album 1989.
