Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao on Monday expressed sorrow over the death of former Member of Parliament P. V. Rajeshwar Rao.
The Chief Minister recalled the services rendered by Rajeshwar Rao besides politics, in the field of literature, music and cultural affairs.
He also recalled his personal association with Rajeshwar Rao.
The Chief Minister conveyed his heart-felt condolences to the members of the deceased family.
"May his soul rest in peace," he stated.
Rajeshwar Rao was served as a Member of Parliament of the 11th Lok Sabha from Secunderabad Lok Sabha constituency between 1996 to December 1997.
He was actively associated with several cultural and social organisations like Rasamayi Cultural Organisation and Vamsee Art Theatres. He was also a good singer and had released several private albums.
