In order to present his witnesses, Hollywood actor Terrence Howard presented his sister-in-law Yvonne Howard who supported actor's appeal for ruling out divorce settlement claiming his former wife Michelle Ghent extorted him against his threesome sex tape.
Yvonne testified against 'Empire' actor's former spouse saying "Ghent had Terrence by the balls" and claimed that it was very odd to call the sex tape a threesome as the actor was having sex with only one woman and the another was just filming, TMZ.com reported.
Notably, Terrence is trying to get the divorce settlement thrown out that he forcefully signed claiming that his former wife Ghent had sex tapes and photos over his head in order to get more alimony than she was entitled to receive.
