Terrence Howard has finally won his spousal support case against his former wife Michelle Ghent, who reportedly blackmailed the actor to sign the spousal support agreement while they were getting divorced.

The L.A. Superior Court has agreed with the 46-year-old actor's appeal that his former wife blackmailed him with threats of releasing his naked photos and videos.

Also, the actor has been warned for domestic abuse allegations noting that he was a bully, but that doesn't mean he couldn't be bullied.

The American actor and his former wife were fighting over the spousal support payments since they got divorced in 2013 and Ghent was claiming the actor to pay her 5,800 dollars per month and even raised the amount on the basis of the actor's recent movie 'Empire's success, TMZ.com reported.

Now, the former couple needs to place a new agreement wherein Ghent will possibly end up paying money back to Howard.
