Chelsea skipper John Terry is a step nearer to moving into his new mega-mansion that has besides a personal lake, nine bedrooms, eight dressing and bathrooms, a private cinema, a swimming pool and a sauna.

According to the Daily Star, Terry has created a dream home for himself, wife Toni and their kids.

Terry is a step closer to moving into the dream home, which he has had built in the back garden of his current property, the report said.

The ex-England captain, who is thought to earn 150,000 pounds per week, has finally sold the old red-brick house for 5.25 million pounds, the report added.

Terry had been struggling to flog the property, just down the road from Chelsea's training ground in Cobham, Surrey, for the past few years, the report further said.

The mansion, which Terry has named Willowfield, is all-but-completed, according to the report.

The huge lake in the garden has been constructed over three months, but still needs laying to grass and paving, the report mentioned.
