Thai police chief says 'network' behind Bangkok bomb attack

Thailand's chief of police has said that there was a "network" behind the bomb attack that killed 20 people at Bangkok's Erawan shrine on Monday.

According to the BBC, Thai police are currently hunting a suspect who was seen on security camera footage.

The suspect is believed to be a young man who entered the shrine with a backpack and then left without it.

On Tuesday, another explosive device was thrown at a pier in Bangkok wherein nobody was hurt but the authorities have not ruled out a link between the incidents.
