The Black Keys recently announced their new album via Mike Tyson's Twitter account.
The American rock duo harnessed the powers of YouTube, a menacing hypnotist reading an uncomfortably sexual script, a trippy, spiraling record player, and Mike Tyson's Twitter account, Mashable reported.
It is not the first time the duo has used YouTube to announce a project as back in 2011, Auerbach and Carney made a video to trumpet Blakroc 2, an effort from their side project, collaboration with hip-hop entrepreneur Damon Dash that featured emcees rapping over original music.
The band is known for creating a fresh-sounding, minimalist vibe with just drums and a guitar.
