Professional Canadian singer, The Weeknd changed his once-thought-to-be-permanent hairstyle after killing his old self in his new music video, 'Starboy.'
Featuring electronic music duo, Daft Punk, 'Starboy' released on 28 September.
The title track to the 26-year-old's upcoming third studio album shows The Weeknd in a clean cut hairdo shown after he breaks into a hillside mansion and kills his old self, who is neatly tied to a chair.
In the haunting visual, the singer is seen carrying a glow-in-the dark pink cross, which he uses to smash down the belongings of his old self in the mansion, all the while dancing on the shattered glass on the floor.
In the end, The Weeknd chooses, from among many cars, a red McLaren P1 from the garage and speeds off into the night with a black panther beside him.
The Weeknd's 'Starboy' hits stores coming November.
