Congress leader J.P. Agarwal on Tuesday said there seems to be a kind of partnership between Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and AAP leader Somnath Bharti.

"Things are being done in a very negligent way. He (Bharti) is an MLA, but the way he has created a scene in front of the people, people are disgusted with him. He would have presented himself in front of the court to keep his stand, but didn't. Therefore, I think it's a 'mili bhagat' (partnership) of Kejriwal and Bharti, as by now, he would have been out of the party," Agarwal told ANI.
Agarwal also said that Kejriwal would have ordered Bharti to be present in front of the court instead of tweeting, their relations are astonishing.
Bharti had moved the apex court for protection from arrest in a domestic violence case, but the Supreme Court said he must surrender first before his application for bail can be considered.
