At least three Afghan soldiers have been killed in clashes with the Taliban insurgents in central Ghazni province of Afghanistan.
The Tolo News quoted the provincial police chief as saying that three soldiers were killed and five others were injured in the clashes.
While the first attack was carried out on Monday night, when the Taliban militants attacked a check post in Muqor district of the province, the second attack happened on early Tuesday, after the insurgents attacked another military check post in Nani village of Andar district, the statement said.
Taliban insurgents also suffered casualties.
However, there is no clarity on the numbers of the injured, the statement added.
