Tibetan Parliament-in-exile Dharamsala condemned the reported killing of five Tibetans in China recently.
Tibetan Parliament in-exile spokesperson, Lobsang Yeshi, on Friday sought action against Chinese authorities for their alleged inhuman act.
"Tibetan Parliament in-exile calls for immediate release of all Tibetans, who were imprisoned without any legal reasons. We also call for immediate medical facilities to be given to all injured Tibetans. We demand that Chinese authorities in the region apologize and be punished according to the law. We also want compensation for the deceased and their families," said Yeshi.
Yeshi urged the world community to intervene into the matter.
"Parliament demands that human rights inside Tibet be respected. The freedom loving people and human rights activists, government and the parliament should look into this matter to give justice to Tibetans," added Yeshi.
Three protesters, shot last week by the police in a Tibetan region of China, succumbed to their injuries, taking the toll to five killed in the incident, said U.S.-based group International Campaign for Tibet (ICT).
