Tiger kills one man after fleeing from flooded Georgia zoo

A tiger after fleeing from a flooded zoo in Georgia has killed a man, according to reports.

According to BBC, several animals have escaped from Tbilisi Zoo in Georgia over the weekend after severe flooding in the city.

Initial reports, however, suggested that the man was killed by a lion.

The tiger was hiding in a warehouse before the attack. The police are now trying to find the animal.

Other animals including lions, hippos and bears were pictured roaming the streets while residents were told to stay indoors.
