Tom Cruise is set to sell his luxury American ranch for 37 million pounds, it has been revealed.
The native stone and cedar ranch includes seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a library, direct access huge National Forest, the Daily Express reported.
There had been rumours that the Scientologist had installed a secret bunker underneath the property. However, Sotheby's listing has no mention of an underground room beneath the house.
The 'Mission Impossible' star, who owns property across the States, designed the ranch himself and finished the 298-acre property in 1995.
Listing agent Bill Fandel, of Sotheby's International Realty, confirmed the gated estate hosts a sports court for tennis, basketball and ice hockey, as well as a private trail system.
Mr Fandel told The Wall Street Journal that Cruise was selling the property because he hasn't used it much over the past few years.
