The fan following of American reality star Kim Zolciak will certainly shoot up as she has flaunted some serious side-boobs in her latest photo shoot.
According to E!Online, Zolciak went topless on Instagram in a photo shoot by photographer Derek Blanks.
She captioned the sizzling photo, saying "Unedited photo from last weeks photo shoot with my favorite @mrdblanks I'm a country girl at heart thx @310nutrition for making it easy to stay in shape."
The 37-year-old TV personality star was seen posing in a pair of jeans and a hat that covered up her boobs. (ANI)
In August, it was rumoured that Zolciak had gotten plastic surgery. However, she insisted that she had not gone under the knife.
