A day after the Joint Committee on Inner Line Permit System (JCILPS) concluded its 42 hours public curfew, a large number of ILPS supporters today took out torch rally all over the valley districts.
Demanding implementation of Inner Line Permit (ILP) system in the state; womenfolk under the aegis of the Joint Committee on Inner Line Permit System (JCILPS), took out torch rallies in different parts of the state.
The supporters mostly women volunteers raised slogans demanding implementation of Inner Line Permit System in the state converting the 3 ILPS related Bills passed by Manipur Legislative Assembly into Act. The agitator also demanded a clear stand of the BJP.
