The spine-chilling wave in the entire northern India continues to hamper the daily routine of the people.
As many as 28 trains are running late, four are rescheduled and three are cancelled due to prevailing fog conditions.
Flight services were also affected with four international and 13 domestic flights getting delayed and one cancelled.
The continuous dominance of the fog has been disrupting train and flight services since more than a month.
The temperature fell down to 11°C.
