Twitter co-founder Evan Williams, who headed the company for two years, until Dick Costolo took over in 2010, is currently the largest shareholder, however, if the IPO turns out good, he might be worth a whopping 1 billion dollars.

Williams owns a 12 percent stake in Twitter, and if the IPO turns out worth at least 17.60 dollars per share, he will become a billionaire at 41 years old.

According to News.com.au, the company's IPO documents reveal that it is valued at 20.62 dollars per share and at that price Williams' 56.9 million dollar shares would be worth nearly 1.2 billion dollars.

The microblogging site hopes to raise 1 billion dollars an offer that is expected to be completed by Thanksgiving.

The report said that many of Twitter's 2000 employees could become rich, too but they won't be allowed to sell their stock until February 15, at the earliest.
