Two bike-borne youth were killed after a vehicle hit them at Mumbai's Vikhroli Eastern Express Highway last night.
The culprits fled the spot after the accident.
The youth have been identified as Chetan Konkane and Sushant Sawant.
The police have registered a case under sections of culpable homicide and negligent driving.
An investigation is underway.
