British boxer Tyson Fury has defeated Wladimir Klitschko to end the Ukrainian's nine-year reign as heavyweight champion on Sunday in Germany.
Fury claimed the WBA, IBF, IBO and WBO heavyweight titles by unanimous points decision in Dusseldorf. The judges scored the fight 115-112, 115-112, 116-111 in favour of the Britain.
Reflecting on the triumph, an emotional Fury said that it was hard to come to foreign countries and get a decision and described the win as a dream come true, News.com.au reported.
