Naved, a terrorist who was caught by locals during Udhampur terror attacks, was produced in Patiala House Court today.
The captured terrorist, after the first round of investigation, had said that he hailed from Faisalabad, Pakistan.
Meanwhile, Pakistan's Foreign Office (FO) spokesperson Syed Qazi Khalilullah had said that India should provide evidence of any Pakistani involved in terrorist activity on Indian soil, adding that they have constantly asked India to refrain from accusations.
Earlier this month, two BSF jawans were martyered when the militants attacked their convoy in Jammu and Kashmir's Udhampur District.
