Extending his condolences to the families of the BSF jawans who were killed in a militant attack in Udhampur District, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday termed the incident as 'extremely worrying'.

"Days after the Gurdaspur attack, militant attack on a BSF convoy this morning in Udhampur is extremely worrying," Rahul Gandhi said on twitter.

"My condolences to the families of the brave jawans who were martyred in the attack," he added.

Two BSF jawans were killed in the militant attack on their convoy in Samroli in Jammu and Kashmir's Udhampur district today.

The convoy was on its way to Srinagar from jammu, when it was attacked by unidentified militants who fired indiscriminately from close range upon the BSF bus.
