The attack by the Israeli military at a school run by the United Nations in Gaza that killed 10 people yesterday was 'a crimical act', said the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.

According to the BBC, Mr. Ban said that the attack was a complete violation of global laws.

The blast hit the entrance of the school that was a shelter home to thousands of the displaced Palestinians.

However, Israel denies all claims. The Israeli military said that they had targeted three members of the Islamic Jihad group on a bike outside the school.

Almost 30 people died on Sunday, said the Gaza health officials.

The latest exchanges came after an Israeli soldier Hadar Goldin who had been allegedly captured by Hamas was feared dead.
