Singh further too many of acts of terror have taken place on Indian soil since the talks in Ufa, Russia for the government to go ahead with the NSA talks.
"There has been attack in Gurudaspur after 20 years, a terrorist was caught in Jammu, the soldiers were killed on the borders, but the government remains quiet on all of these issues," said Singh.
