Uttar Pradesh deputy chief minister designate Dinesh Sharma on Saturday pitched for bringing good governance forming a transparent government in the state.
"It is a very important day today. It will be a transparent government which will work for poor, youth, farmers and women. We will take care of good governance," Sharma told media here.
He further said they will try to fulfil the commitments made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the elections rally.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) earlier in the day named Yogi Adityanath as the next Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, while Keshav Prasad Maurya and Dinesh Sharma have been appointed as the deputy chief ministers of the state.
Meanwhile, Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu said the oath taking ceremony would take place at 2:15 p.m. tomorrow in Uttar Pradesh in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and party president Amit Shah.
