Delhi BJP chief Satish Upadhyay on Wednesday said that his party's priority is to contest and win the upcoming by-elections in the three assembly seats.
"It is our priority to contest the elections in these three seats and we are confident that we will win," he said.
"The people of Delhi will not vote for those who only make noise. Only time will tell what the public of Delhi wants," he added while taking a jibe at Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).
Upadhyay alleged that the Aam Aadmi Party is power hungry.
"They have nothing to do with people of Delhi, they are power hungry and do things to get media attention," he said while commenting on AAP's appeal to Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung to call an all-party meeting with regard to government formation in Delhi.

"The BJP is a responsible political party, we will think what is best for the people of Delhi and then take a decision," he added.
Earlier today, AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal urged the Lieutenant Governor to call an all-party meeting at the earliest to end the ongoing stalemate over government formation in Delhi.
"I appeal to LG to call for an all-party meeting today itself if he is clear regarding his intentions," he said.
Kejriwal asked the Lieutenant Governor to take a final decision by this evening and inform the Supreme Court tomorrow.
" For the last eight months, we are repeatedly requesting the LG to call an all-party meeting. All the three parties should be called" he added.
The former Delhi chief minister also criticized the Lieutenant Governor, saying the latter is desperate to make sure that the BJP forms the government in Delhi.
"He himself wrote a letter to the President seeking permission to invite the BJP to form the government. At last when he got the permission, then he is not ready for even that," he added.
The AAP chief also expressed confidence that his party would get majority if fresh polls are held in Delhi.
"The BJP and LG are playing dirty politics with the people of Delhi," he alleged.
Efforts are on to install the government in Delhi, which is under President's rule with the assembly under suspended animation. According to reports, President Pranab Mukherjee has given his nod to the Lieutenant Governor's proposal to invite the BJP to form the government in Delhi. There are reports suggesting that the Lieutenant Governor will explore the possibilities of government formation with leaders of all political parties over the next few days.
The Supreme Court had earlier criticized the Centre and the Lieutenant Governor for delaying a decision to form the government in the national capital.
The BJP has been maintaining that it will take a decision on government formation in Delhi only after getting an invite from the Lieutenant Governor.
Delhi has been under President's rule since Kejriwal resigned as the Chief Minister on February 14 after being in office for 49 days.
The BJP won 31 seats in the 70-member house while the AAP emerged victorious in 28 seats in the Delhi Assembly polls held last year.
