Union Public Service Commission aspirants staged a protest today outside the residence of Home Minister Rajnath Singh, demanding a four-year age relaxation in the examinations of these services.

One of the aspirants, Chandan Singh, told ANI "The Britain pattern won't work in India. In the recent UPSC results, out of 1122, only 24 have been selected. Rajnath Singh had promised us that he will solve our problem and also mentioned to give 6 years of relaxation."

Another aspirant Rashabadi Lal said that they want at least 4 years of age relaxation.

One more protestor added, "The Home Minister had earlier said that the victimization of 2011 will not be repeated. Most of us are from rural areas of the country and we just have books and nothing else.
