A 2-year-old boy, who is suffering from a rare blood disease and has only weeks to live, became the best man at his own parents wedding in Pennsylvania.

According to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, the toddler, Logan Stevenson, donned a tiny tan pinstripe suit and orange shirt, while his mother, Christine Swidorsky, carried him on her shoulder at the afternoon wedding in Jeannette, a suburb of Pittsburgh, the New York Daily News reported.

During a 12-minute ceremony, Logan stood by his grandmother, Debbie Stevenson, while his mum and dad Sean Stevenson got married.

The couple tied the knot in a hurriedly set backyard wedding to celebrate their boy's life, which docs have claimed will be cut short because of leukemia and other complications.

Logan, who was diagnosed shortly after his first birthday with acute myeloid leukemia, was born on October 22, 2010.

He also suffers from Fanconi anemia, a rare disease that often leads to cancer.

He underwent a stem cell transplant in July 2012 and in March, he endured a surgery to remove a kidney ravaged by a tumor.
