A US man has posted an ad online in order to look for a new roommate for his penthouse in Washington DC for just 1 dollar per month, but the new tenant has to stay "naked in the house".
According to online newspaper the Daily Dot, the new tenant has to be "very attractive" and aged 26 or under, News.com.au reported.
In the unique ad, which has now been removed, the landlord asserted that he was a male looking for another male to be his "naked roommate".
The ad continued saying that the arrangement would be mostly "looking" with some "touching".
