United States Supreme Court may rule in favour of the Muslim teenager who was denied job at Abercrombie and Fitch because her headscarf conflicted with the company's dress code.

According to BBC, Abercrombie however, denies all allegations against the company.

Questions from some of the justices favoured Samantha Elauf but the final decision will be made in May.

The clothing retailer at the company has since changed the dress code policy but continues to fight in the case.
