Manchester United football team boss Louis van Gaal has reportedly left his club's players stunned by organising triple training sessions.
The demanding Dutchman has introduced a string of changes at United's Carrington training headquarters. And while it is not a regular feature, at times recently United's superstar squad has had to train three times a day.
Usually, it is double training at United but the extra session involves conditioning work in the gym, including the use of exercise bikes, The Daily Star reported.
One of Van Gaal's ?rst moves at United was to install pod-style beds at Carrington, where players could rest between training sessions. And he has admitted that he is imparting a lot of information to his players.
United's board and owners the Glazers have reportedly placed their faith in Van Gaal to bring back the glory days to Old Trafford.
But the former Ajax, Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Holland boss heads into Sunday's match against Everton admitting that it would take time for his methods to be fully implemented, the report added.
