Varun wraps up first schedule of 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania'

The 29-year-old actor recently took to his Twitter handle to announce the wrap up news and posted a picture, writing, "First sched wrap of #badrinathkidulhania ShashankKhaitan @karanjohar. Miss @aliaa08 you missed it but we missed you."

Varun and Alia, who had earlier worked together in flicks like 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania' and 'Student of the Year,' will also be seen together in Karan Malhotra's directorial 'Shuddhi.'

Directed by Shashank Khaitan, the forthcoming movie, a sequel to romantic comedy 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya,' is slated to hit the theatres on March 10, 2017.
