The incident took place in T.Nagaramplaem village, under Bhimli PS limits in visakhapatnam district.
The accused allegedly poured kerosene on victim Roopa and burned her to death at her resident.
The accused indentified as Harikrishna, killed himself by jumping in front of a train after attacking girl.
