Calling the Wagah border blast a "senseless act of terror", the US has offered assistance to Pakistan to bring the perpetrators to justice.
US Ambassador to Pakistan Richard Olson said on Sunday the United States supported Pakistan's efforts to bring all those involved in planning and executing this attack to justice and was ready to provide any appropriate assistance in this regard, Dawn News reports.
He said that the incident showed terrorists' blatant disregard for life.
Olson said in a press release that the US remained committed to the people of Pakistan in their efforts to counter terrorism and uphold the rule of law.
