The website that claimed that Justin Bieber's new Calvin Klein underwear ad pics were photoshopped, has apologized for their claims.

BreatheHeavy.com posted that Team Bieber had send them a cease and desist letter because of the alleged un-retouched Calvin Klein photo they posted, asking they remove the picture in question as well as provide a retraction, Us Magazine reported.

A representative for Calvin Klein told the publication that the 'Boyfriend' hitmaker showed up early every day with amazing energy and gave it his all but not soon after, BreatheHeavy.com posted what they claimed was an untouched photo of the star.

The site added that they sincerely apologize to the 20-year-old singer to hurt his ego and to the millions of "tweens" on social media they upset.
