Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has expressed his happiness after his side made a spirited comeback to settle with a 2-2 draw against Tottenham in their Premier League clash at White Hart Lane.

The Frenchman showered praise on his forward players Alexis Sanchez and Danny Welbeck, saying that the duo came much stronger against the Spurs.

"I think we have seen up front, Welbeck, Sanchez, much stronger today," Wenger was quoted as saying by goal.com.

Describing his side as 'composed', the 66-year-old admitted that midfielder Mohamed Elneny also displayed a good performance during a match.

Earlier, midfielder Aaron Ramsey put his side ahead in the 39th minute before Tottenham defender Toby Alderweireld and forward Harry Kane smashed a goal within a gap of two minutes.

It was in the 76th minute when Sanchez scored a decisive goal to settle with a 2-2 draw.

Arsenal are currently third in league table and are eight points behind surprise leaders Leicester City.

The Wenger-led side will next lock horns with West Bromwich on March 12.
