Premier League club West Ham United is worried that their player Andy Carroll may be out for months after suffering another foot injury in training.
According to the Mirror, the Upton Park club is awaiting scans on the 15 million-pound forward who has not played since damaging his heel in May.
Carroll, who completed his record signing from Liverpool this summer, had been in line to play at Southampton on Sunday, the report said.
A club statement confirmed the injury to his right foot during his return to full training.
