Former cricketer Michael Holding believes that it is 'high time' that the West Indies Cricket Board changes its culture, so that degrading cricketing standards can improve within the region.
The Jamaican said that the board needs to change its culture and recognise that they have to be in partnership with the players.
The West Indies had been facing criticism after they were completely outplayed by the Aussies in the recent Frank Worrell Trophy and appeared to not show any fight.
Speaking to PakPassion, Holding said that if the board continues to have the attitude that they are the boss and the players are the employees, then such situations would continue.
